Settings → Working hours lets you set a from/to time for each day of the week, with a switch to mark a day closed entirely.
How this is different from calendar availability
Leadoro has two related but separate schedules:
- Working hours (this page) describes your general business hours - useful context about when your business is open.
- Weekly availability, set in Settings → Calendar (see Setting up your calendar), is the schedule the assistant actually checks against when offering a caller a real appointment slot.
If you offer appointments, make sure your calendar's weekly availability is set up in addition to (or instead of) this page - that's the one that drives real bookings. Think of Working hours as "when we're generally open" and calendar availability as "when we're actually bookable."
Defaults
Out of the box, working hours default to Monday-Thursday 08:00-18:00 and Friday 08:00-16:00, with Saturday and Sunday marked closed. Adjust these to match your real schedule.
