In Settings → Working hours you set a from and to time for each day of the week. You can also close a day entirely (Closed). Clicking a closed day turns it on again.
What it is for
Leadoro uses working hours to know whether you are open right now. It uses them in the Outside business hours and Missed calls + outside hours modes: during working hours the call rings you, and outside them the assistant takes it straight away. Details are in Forwarding calls to Leadoro. Without working hours set, the assistant answers all calls.
How it differs from calendar availability
Leadoro has two related but separate schedules:
- Working hours (this page) say when you are generally open. They control when the call rings you and when the assistant takes over.
- Weekly availability in Settings → Calendar (see Calendar setup) is the schedule the assistant checks when it offers a caller a specific appointment.
If you offer appointment booking, also set the weekly availability in the calendar, because that is what controls real bookings. Think of working hours as "when we are generally open" and calendar availability as "when you can really book with us".
Defaults
By default you are open Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 18:00 and Friday 8:00 to 16:00. Saturday and Sunday are closed. Adjust them to your real schedule.
