Settings → Business profile is where you tell Leadoro about your business once - your assistant then uses these facts automatically on every call, so you never repeat them in your assistant instructions.
Fields
| Field | Used for |
|---|---|
| Business name | What the assistant calls your business when speaking with callers. |
| Industry | Helps tailor the assistant's default behavior to your type of business. |
| Address | Given to callers who ask where you're located. |
| Website | Referenced when relevant, and available to the assistant as business context. |
| Owner phone | Where SMS notifications about calls are sent - see Notifications. |
| Default language | The language your assistant defaults to; during a real call it still aims to match whatever language the caller actually speaks. |
| Short business description | A sentence or two describing what you do - included as context on every call. |
Why this matters more than it looks
Because these fields are injected automatically into every call, keeping them accurate is one of the highest-leverage things you can do - more so than fine-tuning your instructions. If your address or business description is outdated, your assistant will confidently repeat the outdated version, since it has no way to know otherwise.
Services
Your list of bookable services isn't set here - it lives in Services & Resources, covered in Setting up your calendar, and is included in every call's context the same way your business profile is.
