When the Calendar capability is enabled, your assistant can check your real availability and book an appointment directly during the call - instead of just taking a message and calling the customer back later.
How it works during a call
The assistant asks for a suitable day and rough time preference, checks your configured schedule, and offers real available times - it never guesses or promises a slot that isn't actually free. Once the caller confirms a time, it creates a calendar event.
Events created by the assistant are marked as pending review at first, so you keep visibility and control before anything is treated as fully confirmed.
What you configure
- Appointment duration - how long a typical booking slot takes for your business.
- Business hours - the working hours the assistant is allowed to offer.
- Services and resources - if you've set up services (e.g. "haircut", "boiler repair") and resources (the specific stylist, technician, or room needed), the assistant books against real capacity instead of a single shared calendar. This avoids double-booking the same stylist or technician at the same time.
The calendar accounts for your working hours, existing bookings, time off, and other blocked time, and works in the Prague time zone including daylight-saving changes.
Why this matters
A caller can go from "I'd like an appointment" to a concrete confirmed time in a single phone call, without you needing to call them back. At the same time, your real capacity is protected - the assistant only offers times that are genuinely free.
External calendar sync (e.g. two-way sync with Google Calendar) is planned for a future update.
