Conversations is the complete record of every call your assistant has answered - a premium inbox for your calls, not a technical call log.
What each card shows
- Caller's phone number (or "Test" for calls made from the browser's Test assistant button).
- An AI-written title and one-sentence summary of what the call was about.
- Date and time.
- Call duration.
- Status badge.
- A play button for the recording, when one is available.

Filtering and search
Use the status tabs to narrow the list to All, New, Need action, Handled, or Archived, and the search box to find calls by phone number, title, or summary text.
Inside a conversation
Opening a conversation gives you the full picture:
- Transcript - the full back-and-forth between the caller and your assistant, as chat bubbles.
- Recording - play the actual audio of the call.
- Capabilities used - a breakdown of what the assistant did during the call (checked availability, booked an appointment, searched your documents, and so on), including whether each action succeeded.
- Follow-up messages - the exact SMS and/or email text sent to the caller and to you, with a sent/not-sent indicator for each.
- Status picker - move the conversation between New, Need action, Handled, and Archived as you review it.
Managing status
Status changes are entirely yours to make - nothing here gets archived or marked handled automatically. Use it as a simple triage habit: skim new calls, flag anything that needs your personal attention as Need action, and mark the rest Handled once you've reviewed them. This is what keeps Home's stats meaningful.
Recordings
Recordings become available a short while after a call ends, once the audio file has finished processing. If a call shows no play button, the recording either wasn't captured (for example, a Test assistant call) or is still processing.
