Leadoro is an AI phone assistant that answers your business calls when you can't - while you're with a customer, driving, or after hours. It talks to the caller, understands what they need, and turns the call into a clear, structured result you can act on.
What happens when a call comes in
When a call reaches your assistant, it has a natural voice conversation with the caller. Depending on what you've enabled, it can check your calendar for available times, answer questions using your business information, and collect the details you need to follow up.
After the call ends, Leadoro writes a short summary - what the caller wanted, what was agreed, and whether you need to do anything next. You'll find this in your Conversations inbox, and you can optionally get it by SMS or email as well.
The three things you need to set up
- Connect your phone number. Your customers keep calling the same number they always have - you just forward the calls that go unanswered (or all calls) to your assistant. See Call forwarding for exact steps for your carrier.
- Write your assistant's instructions. Tell it how to talk, what to prioritize, and how to handle your specific business. See Assistant setup.
- Turn on the capabilities you need. Calendar booking, business knowledge, lead collection, SMS follow-up - each one is optional and configured separately. See the Capabilities guides in the sidebar.
What to expect after activation
Once your assistant is active, it starts answering calls immediately according to the mode you chose (missed calls only, outside business hours, or both). Every call it handles shows up in your dashboard within moments of the call ending, with a summary, duration, and status - New, Needs action, Handled, or Archived - so you always know at a glance what's waiting for you.
You can turn the assistant off at any time from the Assistant page, and change any setting without affecting calls that already happened.
