What the overview page shows you, and what each stat means.

Home is the first thing you see when you log in - a quick catch-up on what your assistant has been doing, built so you can tell at a glance whether anything needs your attention.

The stats row

StatWhat it means
New callsConversations that haven't been reviewed yet.
Follow upConversations you've marked as needing your personal action.
HandledConversations you've marked as fully resolved - nothing left to do.
Total callsHow many conversations are shown here, based on your most recent activity.

These counts reflect your most recent conversations, not a long-term archive count - for full history and search, use Conversations.

Recent conversations

Below the stats, you'll see your latest calls: who called, when, a short AI-written summary of what the call was about, its status, how long it lasted, and a play button for the recording (when one is available). Click any row to open the full call detail - transcript, recording, and everything the assistant did during the call.

Status labels

Every conversation carries one of four statuses, shown as a colored badge:

  • New - not reviewed yet.
  • Need action - flagged (by you) as needing a personal follow-up.
  • Handled - resolved, nothing more to do.
  • Archived - filed away, out of your active list.

You're always the one in control of these labels - use the status picker directly on a row (or inside a conversation's detail view) to move it along as you review your calls. Think of it as your inbox triage: skim the new ones, mark what needs a callback, and archive what's done.
